Senior Technical Manager, Industrial Program

John Swanson, Senior Technical Manager, Industrial Program, provides technical expertise and oversight for carbon credit projects involving advanced refrigeration systems and mine methane capture. John also provides insight and support for methodology development.

John has over 30 years of combined experience in environmental chemistry, development and implementation of environmental regulatory programs, greenhouse gas emissions and sequestration quantification, reporting, and verification, as well as verification accreditation programs at the state and international levels (California Air Resources Board and ANSI National Accreditation Board, or ANAB). John has a Master of Environmental Management (M.E.M.) degree from Duke University and is a certified Technical Assessor for validation and verification body accreditation for ANAB.
