This form is required for all ACR projects applying for a renewed Crediting Period per Section 6.I of the ACR Standard. Project Proponents should review that section, the project eligibility requirements in the current version of the ACR Standard, as well as the requirements of the relevant ACR-approved Methodology to assess project eligibility for Crediting Period renewal prior to submitting this form.
