This form is required for all new ACR projects submitted for listing review per the Project Development Trajectory requirements presented in the ACR Standard, Chapter 6. Project Proponents should review the Project Eligibility Requirements in the applicable version of the ACR Standard, Chapter 3, as well as the requirements of the relevant ACR-approved Methodology to assess project eligibility prior to submitting this form.
